Free Wood Chip and Log Program!
Precise Tree Care offers wood chip and log drops to our local community at no charge.
Our wood chips are a natural mulch, typically delivered the same or next day from when they are chipped. Unlike store-bought mulch, they are not processed or dyed, so they retain valuable nutrients that improve soil health, help retain moisture, and naturally suppress weeds.
These materials come directly from local tree work, making them an ecofriendly and cost effective option for garden beds, around trees, pathways, and more.
By filling out the form below, you will be added to our chip or log list. Your delivery timing is based on when we are working in your area and your position in line.
WHAT TO EXPECT
Deliveries are made when our crews are nearby, often with little to no notice. Loads will vary depending on the crew, as different trucks and equipment handle different volumes of chips and sizes of logs.
Wood chip loads can range from a few yards to a full truckload. We are not able to provide partial loads or split deliveries.
Wood chips are unprocessed and may contain leaves, needles, pinecones, and other natural tree debris.
Log loads will vary in size and length. We are not able to take requests for specific dimensions. Logs are not cut for firewood, and you will need a chainsaw and splitting tools if you plan to process them.
All materials are dumped in one pile at the requested location. We do not spread material.
REQUIREMENTS AND AGREEMENT
By signing up, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- There will be no advance notice prior to delivery
- You must ensure the drop area is accessible and clearly designated
- Loads cannot be customized or partially delivered
- Wood chips may include natural debris such as leaves and needles
- Logs will vary in size and are not pre cut
- You are responsible for removal from the list by contacting our office
- We will not return to move, adjust, or haul away any material after it has been delivered

While this is a free service, tips are always appreciated. A cold bottle of water on a hot day goes a long way and truly makes our crew’s day.
