Precise Tree Care did an amazing job on my exceptionally large Elm tree that was dangerously close to splitting and falling. Understanding the situation, they actually had to argue with the electric company to get the power in the area shut off to expedite the removal. (Above and beyond in my opinion) The estimate itself was very reasonable compared to others I had received. In addition, the tree itself was in a miserable location within 12ft of my shed and my neighbors fence both, and absolutely surrounded with landscaping and vegetable crop type growth. They did not harm one rose on those bushes. I was truly amazed. In addition, there is no way to get a lift easily in my yard, so my other estimates that I received wanted to remove a gate and alter the area. These guys came in and absolutely knocked it out without a request for any alteration admitting it would not be easy, but also had extreme confidence they could do it. They removed the glass hanging hummingbird feeder for safe keeping. 🙂 My tree stump was supposed to be ground down in a few days and the gentleman was at my house ready to go only a couple hours after the main team left. I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service involved with this company. Thank you so much for your time and effort. I would recommend Precise Tree Care to anyone!
